Accessibility statememt
This site complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Conformance, Priority 1 and 2.
Layout is accomplished using CSS, but the site will also display well if CSS is not supported. Form controls are properly grouped and labelled. Any links that open a pop-up window are noted as such using the title element for the link.
Navigation items are grouped and follow a defined 'tab index' which means that repeatedly pressing the 'tab' key will follow the site links in a logical order.
Important navigation links also have shortcut keys to enable quick access. The shortcuts are shown in the following table:
